By signing up for the MFC Crush Club, you agree to the following:
I accept that it is my responsibility to notify the winery of any change of address, phone, email, or credit card at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled shipment date. Should a credit card be declined for 2 shipments, the membership will be cancelled. MFC is not responsible for additional charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments. I understand that I may cancel my membership by email or in writing at any time after receiving 2 shipments. Max 2 members per membership, non-transferrable.
